    Infant under supervision of cardiologist in the some Research Institute with 8 mm interventricular septum defect.

    Dynamics could be considered as positive, if not take into account the fact that we see at least two jets about 1.5 mm in diameter(Vmax = 1 m/sec, Qp/Qs = 1,4), originating from the interventricular septum in CFM but the gray-scale defect is not visible.

    Therefore in possible diagnosis was added coronary fistulas.
