    Infant in the surgery dep. of Children City Hospital after surgery intervention on scrotum, soon after which scrotum become enlarged, blood coming thru the drainage and he was sent for the urgent ultrasound scan of scrotum and inguinal area.

    At ultrasound there is a lot of heterogeneous content in the scrotum and inguinal canals which at the one side even extend to the abdominal cavity. Dif.diagnosis: hematocele, etc.
