  The narrowing of the aorta
#1

Teenager about 190 cm tall, basketball player, sent to the control echocardiography, in the past echo there was a suspicion of the cardiomegaly.

At Echo: LVEDD up to 56 mm, in the CW doppler from the suprasternal view in the isthmus of the aortic arch Vmax = 2,6 m/s, PGmax = 26 mm Hg. Presumably narrowing isthmus of the aortic arch(coarctation?).
