    Child 2 months old aims to the control abdomen ultrasound. At the age of 1 month on US, according to parents words, revealed deformation of the gallbladder.

    On abdominal US gallbladder has deformation, but not only ... Posterior to it is visualized structure resembles a smaller copy of the gallbladder(Mini-Me).

    Structure visually related with nothing, on the CFM without blood flow, presumably: a duplication of the gallbladder? choledochal cyst / bile duct cyst? other cyst?

    The child returned from a gastroenterologist on US of abdomen before and after meals.

    Now I wrote in recommendations about ERCP in waiting of geometrical clinical recommendation to US ...

    PS. Attachments present a 3 series: three pictures in different projections and 1 video, respectively, the files:

    1-4 fasting

    5-8 15 minutes after a meal,

    9-12 30 minutes after a meal.
