    Child 1 month old at scheduled ultrasound.

    The usual long axis views with no defects, at short axis view there is a small additional flow in the Pulmonary Artery(PA) valve area which reminiscent the PA regurgitation, but in oblique long axis views the flow is more likely a muscular IVSD.
