A child 13 years-old without complaint, came to echo-screening. Previous thyroid ultrasound 3 years ago without a pathology.

At the current thyroid US thyroid gland also without a pathology, but along the left CCA and near the left lobe of the thyroid gland there is a lesion of about 5 cm length and 1 cm wide, resembling the structure of the thymus, with blood flow at CFM (ectopic thymus?), by the shape resembling a beret hat on the CCA.

    Recommended CT of the neck.

On ultrasound of the scrotum to the upper pole of the testis adjoins a small structure by the shape and movements resembles the fish' s tail fin(as in cartoon about fish Nemo).
