  Thickening of the Achilles tendon
#1

The patient 50 years old with complaints of lesion in the Achilles tendon, by the surgeon opinion - a cyst. At US visualized thickening in 2 times compared to the contralateral side Achilles tendon, with the lack of striations in the central part and increased blood flow at CFM (tendonitis? partial rupture?)
