    In the projection of the fibrous AV ring/ membranous part of the IVS, is a hyperechoic lesion of a rounded shape up to 3 mm projecting onto the area of the base of the right leaflet of the AV in views along the short axis and in the projection of the membranous part of the IVS on the side of the RV in views along the long axis, in some views with the comet tail artifact (calcinate? etc?).
