  Asymmetry of the shin muscles
#1

A child of 17 years with complaints about a lump in the left shin. She is engaged in dancing aka Todes, visually both calf muscles are not worse than at Arnold Schwarzenegger.

In the projection of complaints of the "lump," along the posterior medial surface of the left shin, in the projection of the left gastrocnemius an additional (or more pronounced) muscular bundle of the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle is seen in comparison with the right shin, slightly protruding to the surface above the level of the medial head.
