  Lesion near the trachea
#1

The child of 10 years has come on ultrasound of a thyroid gland, in the anamnesis the complaint of a voice loss.

On ultrasound between the left lobe of the thyroid gland and the trachea an / hypoechoic lesion size of 7x5 mm with hyperechoic tissues around is visualized, at CFM the blood flow around and the some signals of the blood flow are projected onto the lesion inside (lateral cyst of the neck? adenoma of the parathyroid gland? else?)
