In the previous ultrasound protocol - hydronephrosis 2st (renal pelvis up to 17 mm, calyces, I do not remember exactly, but somewhere about 10 mm), megaureter. At the current ultrasound, the megaureter is not visible but the ureterocele is visible, the pelvis of the right kidney is not dilated, but the calyces are to 8mm, for some reason only in the upper half of the kidney, in the lumen of the calyces is visible sludge - in diff. diagnosis included pyelonephritis, VUR, kidney duplication. | |
