    A newborn with omphalocele and suspected inguinal hernias is referred for an ultrasound scan.

    The hernias on both sides is confirmed, and on the one side there are two hernias at once (direct & indirect), in addition, a lesion in the urinary bladder, presumably a clot, and a two-layer gallbladder - like the intestine, were found.
