#1

A 5-year-old child arrived at the polyclinic for echocardiography due to auscultatory noise.

On ultrasound in the subcostal position, an atrial septal defect (ASD) of the sinus venosus type (PAPVC - partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection) is visualized with a left-to-right shunt.
