  Acute lymphadenitis		#1

    Child 7 years old with clinically suspected acute lymphadenitis of the left submandibular area urgently aims to the ultrasound.

    At US on both sides in the submandibular area (more in the left) large " batch" lymph nodes up to 4 cm in length with diffusely increased blood flow at CFM.
