    The parents of the infant came to the Children's City Clinical Hospital with complaints of prolonged stool retention in the child, from the ED they were sent for an ultrasound scan with suspicion of intestinal obstruction, according to the parents, the child had a history of bowel resection surgery.

    On ultrasound, dilated bowel loops with contents are visualized in all parts of the abdominal cavity.
