Interventricular septum defect

Infant with prenatally diagnosed 10 mm interventricular septum defect(IVSD) coming to ultrasound for dynamic examination.

At the date of examination IVSD about 7 mm with left-to-right shunt Vmax= 6 m/sec, Vmax at pulmonary artery(PA) and mitral valve upto 2 m/sec, PA mean pressure 20-40 mmHg, Qp/Qs=1.5
