Food poisoning

    A child 10 years-old by the words the day before was poisoned by food - vomiting, abdominal pain, haven' t stool.

    At US stomach is full, in all parts of the abdomen enlarged bowel loops with pendulum-like peristalsis, in the right iliac region portion of spastic bowel - type of conglomerate / infiltrate, on CFM with the blood flow (intestinal obstruction?).
