#1

A 5-year-old child with complaints of severe abdominal pain, a day before the ultrasound an ambulance team came to him and ruled out appendicitis, the child was scheduled for an ultrasound at the next day at the public clinic.

On ultrasound in the right iliac region, the appendix is up to 4.4 mm, nearby a section of spasmodic intestine is visualized with a thickened wall to 4 mm and increased blood flow at CFM (ileum and cecum - ileotiphlitis), in the mesogastrium more than 5 lymph nodes up to 18 mm are visualized (mesadenitis)

    Images (1 ileum, 2 cecum, 3 appendix).
