    A child 17 years old with suspected appendicitis with complaints about pain in the right iliac region.

    In the right half of the abdomen in lengthwise axis of the body there is tubular structure about 8 mm in diameter(acute appendicitis?) surrounded by hyperechoic tissue, in subhepatic area (intimate to the lower pole of the right kidney) this tubular structure transit to hypoechoic lesion of rounded shape, size of 2x3cm, without blood flow at CFM (periappendicular abscess? infiltrate? etc.?).
