    Child 2 years old with chicken pox and cystic fibrosis, suspected intussusception due to inability to get a stool that night, even after the enema.

    On ultrasound the upper half of the abdomen is completely shielded.

    In the lower part of the abdomen visualized fixed dilated bowel loops with heteroehoic content (Hirschsprung disease?). In front of them free fluid in an amount of about 25-40ml (ascites?).
