    3 y.o. child with palpable mass at the proximal part of femur which is noted few day ago came to the ED of Children City Hospital.

    At sonography visualized 2 lymph nodes. Bigger one has hypoechoic pattern and partly fuzzy margins and increased blood flow at CFM with anechoic mass near(fluid).

    Differential diagnosis: acute lymphadenitis with purulent destruction of a lymph node(abscess), lymphadenopathy, lymphoma, etc.
