  Small renal angiomyolipoma
#1

Child 4 years old came with complaints of abdominal pain, suspicion of appendicitis. On US mesadenitis and enterocolitis, thru convex probe kidneys unremarkable.

Accompanying the child parents recalled that in the past at US in one of the kidneys there was found some lesion.

Thru high-frequency linear probe view from the back, on the periphery of the one of the kidneys is visualized hyperechoic rounded lesion up to a few millimeters, at CFM without blood flow, presumably angiomyolipoma.
