  Fistula of the foot
#1

The child 8 years old from a surgeon with complaints about a festering pimple on the foot.

In the projections of visible to the naked eye changes in the skin on the plantar surface of the right foot the fistula is visualized on the ultrasound, moving from the place of skin changes to the depth and proximally to the muscles where it is lost. The fistula diameter is 2-3 mm, the length is 3-4 cm, the structure is predominantly anechogenous with hyperechoic linear inclusion up to 1 cm in length (corpus alienum?), On CFM(PD) increased blood flow in surrounding soft tissues.
