  Lesions of mammary glands
#1

The patient 41 years has come to control ultrasound of the mammary glands, earlier by her words in the mammary glands was found several cysts but she doesn' t have documents of previous ultrasound findings.

On ultrasound in the right mammary gland an oval an / hypoechoic lesion with a " liquid level" is visualized, with a horizontal orientation, without blood flow at CFM, up to 7x4 mm in size.

In the left mammary gland two lesions of the oval shape are visualized: the first anechoic type of matryoshka (two cysts nearby or a multi-chamber cyst), with a vertical orientation, without blood flow at CFM, up to 6x3 mm (atypical cyst); second an / hypoechoic with horizontal orientation, without blood flow at CFM, 6x3mm (LN? cyst?).

A consultation of mammologist and a puncture of the atypical cyst of the left breast was recommended.
