  Breast Cysts
#1

A teenage girl came to the emergency department of the Children's City Clinical Hospital with complaints of discharge from the nipple of one breast.

She was referred urgently for an ultrasound of the mammary glands.

On ultrasound, cysts are visualized in both mammary glands, on the side of complaints, a cyst with echo-dense contents (sludge - differential diagnosis: mastitis/cyst with inflammation, mastopathy, etc.), single signals of blood flow in the surrounding tissues at CFM.
