    A 70-years-old patient at screening.

    In the right mammary gland(breast) at 12 o'clock there is a hyperechoic lesion with a fuzzy uneven contour, an acoustic shadow, on CFM without blood flow (birads 4-5?).

    Subclavian LN on the right 2 LN up to 9-10mm, on the left 1 LN up to 11mm.
