  Hyperechogenic(white) kidneys
#1

Child 6 y.o. in the hemodialysis department of the Children City Hospital with terminal chronic renal failure was sent for an follow-up ultrasound scan.

At ultrasound visualized "bright" (hyperechogenic/ white) kidneys sign (high sensitive for renal failure but not specific for its reason).

Blood flow decreased, RI about 0.46-0,53.
