    The young adult female patient with a long-standing bump in the projection of the elbow, soft to the touch, up to 2 cm in diameter, according to the patient before the bump appeared there was an injury to the elbow.

    On ultrasound, a cyst with a thick wall and parietal echogenic lesion(olecranon bursitis?).
