  Hirschsprungs disease
#1

Teenager with suspected coprostasia, intestinal obstruction and complaints on abdominal pain. Was made an enema, and then the pain is gone, everyone is happy, abdominal ultrasound just in case.

But ultrasound revealed huge colon which displaces the pelvic organs to the anterior abdominal wall(attachments 1, 2), abdominal cavity is not available for the visualization because of the reverberation effect(attachment 3), the liver is visible only through the intercostal space fragmentally(attachment 4) - suspected Hirschsprung' s disease.
