  Ileal perforation, abscess
#1

A 3-year-old patient in the ICU of the Children's City Clinical Hospital, an abdominal ultrasound was appointed by the duty surgeon.

On ultrasound in the small pelvis, the mass lesion of a mixed structure is visualized, on the CFM without blood flow; nearby are intimately located intestinal loops of increased echogenicity, without peristalsis and blood flow at CFM.

    Intraoperatively: ileal perforation, abscess.
