Subcutaneous chest fistula

    Child 2 yo with clinical diagnosis of congenital fistula of the chest.

    In subclavicular area was visualised dark spot at the skin with area of redness around about some cm in diameter.

    Sonographically from the "spot" going down the anechoic channel which dilates at the end and forms cavity with irregular margin.
