Simple kidney cyst with calcification

    Casual finding on echo screening, subcapsular parenchymal cyst about 1 cm. With small features, when observed from the back with a higher frequency appeared a hyperechoic microlesion up to 1 mm with the comet tail artifact (microcalcifications?).
