  Extreme spleen
#1

A child 11 years old in intensive care unit, fell from the fence by the left side of the body to the ground .

At previous ultrasound is determined the fluid in the pelvis and the area of heterogeneity in the spleen, splenic rupture is suspected.

Control ultrasound the next day: In the middle third of the spleen is visualized the heterogeneity without blood flow at CFM, up to 2 x 4 cm (hematoma? etc.?)

In the hypogastrium to 60 ml of free fluid.
