    Child 2 years old with complaints of vomiting episodes, with suspected cholecystitis sent for an ultrasound.

    At US to the left of the navel is visible bowel area with anechoic (fluid) contents which the contoured echogenic object almost regular cube-shaped 1x0.5cm incompressible by probe (foreign body?).

    PS. The child' s mother admitted that the she gave a child meat cut into cubes, but ...

    PPS. Some time later colleagues reported that in one of the children found magnets in the intestines.
