    A child of 4 years old with complaints of white stool is aimed at abdomen US, previously according to parents abdomen ultrasound wasn't.

    At ultrasound revealed mesadenitis, as well as a lesion in the tail of the pancreas, with hyperechoic structure, size of 5-6 mm, giving the comet tail artifact (microlith? gas? etc.?). Wirsung duct is not dilated.
