  Gluteal region lesion
#1

A child of 9 months with complaints about lesion in the gluteal region.

Visually, changes in the skin (pink color) are visible in the indicated area.

On the lower contour of the right gluteal region, in the projection of the lesion visible by eye, on ultrasound is visualized in the projection of the subcutaneos fat / muscle tissue the area of heterogeneity predominantly hyperechoic with a fuzzy uneven edge, about 2x1.5x3.5 cm in size (hemangioma? or else?).
