Child 9 y.o. came back to Moscow from the rest at Mediterranean sea with spots of unknown origin at the abdominal skin and abdominal pain which migrated from the epigastrium to the right iliac area.
At ultrasound in the right iliac area was visualized target sign(intussusception) moderately painful at compression. But it was transitory and disappeared after few moments later. Then I start to scan upper region and found the tubular structure about 1 cm in diameter in the middle of right lateral canal, severe painful at compression and defensive contraction of muscles of anterior abdominal wall was obtained.
Was taken urgently for surgery, by the words of colleagues it was the retroperitoneal appendicitis.
