Acute cervical lymphadenitis

    The child 2 years old with complaints about lesion in the left submandibular region for several weeks. Passes a course of antibacterial therapy. Lesion by the words of the accompanying became a little smaller.

    On ultrasound in the left submandibular region there is a package LN up to 3x1 cm with a hypoechoic zone up to 1.5x1 cm, with increased blood flow around and inside this zone.
