Gallbladder & comet's tail artifacts particles

    A newborn with the gallbladder of the irregular shape (deformed), with the hyperechoic microparticles in the lumen giving an artifact of the comet's tail (reverb), presumably cholesterol crystals (or air - Champagne sign - external link ).

    For a long time I tried to understand if this is a gut but it seems to be not.
