Child 2 years old complaining of solid stool 1 times a day aimed for an ultrasound.

In the right hypogastrium there is a dilated gut fragment with echodense content without motility ( Hirschsprung disease?). In the right iliac region there is a mass with an architectonic reminiscent intestine (ileum? enterocolitis? Infiltrat? etc.?), with increased bloodflow at CFM. Near or in the structure of the previous mass there is an anechoic lesion (polyp? Meckel diverticulum?), inside which near the border(wall?) there is a hyperechoic microlesion with a weak acoustic shadow (fecalith?). Medially to intestine-like mass severe mesadenitis. The vermiform appendix is laterally to intestine-like mass, not enlarged, separated from the intestine-like mass by fragment of intestine with echodense content.

The child is aimed to an urgent consultation of a gastroenterologist.
