    The teenager was sent for an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity in the public clinic, with history of a difficult prenatal period (toxicosis, threat of miscarriage) and several severe infections (bronchopneumonia, gastroenterocolitis, otitis).

    On ultrasound in the liver and spleen, multiple hyperechoic microinclusions are visualized, some of which have an acoustic shadow, other comet tail artifact (differential diagnosis: microcalcifications, etc.).
