    A 2-year-old child at the Children's City Clinical Hospital a week after surgery for Hirschsprung's disease. A follow-up- ultrasound of the abdominal cavity was prescribed for intestinal peristalsis because in child cannot be achieved independent stool.

    At Ultrasound no signs of intestinal peristalsis was revealed; visualized dilated bowel loops with heterogeneous contents in all available for visualization areas of the abdominal cavity.
