    A newborn, age of 3 weeks, came to the emergency department of the children' s hospital, hospitalized in the surgical department and immediately brought to the ultrasound.

    At abdominal ultrasound in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, subhepaticly, is visualized the lesion type of infiltrate: the vermiform appendix with appendicolitis (stone) surrounded by an epiploon.

    Was recommended emergency surgeon consultation.
