    A child 10 years old with acute pain attack in the lower abdomen a few days ago is aimed at abdominal ultrasound.

    At the day of US there is no complaints.

    In the subdiaphragmatic area of liver (VII segment) there is a barely noticeable multi-chamber cyst, without blood flow on the CFM.

    In mesogaster few enlarged lymphatic nodes and a vermiform appendix upto 5.5 mm without pain response while pressure on the area of its projection.

    Recommended a surgical consultation.
