#1

Teenager professionaly training in football had a trauma by stroke of others knee in his shin. Can' t step on the foot without pain. Adressed to ultrasound.

Thru all shin visualized tiny anechoic intermuscle slice - hematoma. In the low shin area slice become heterogenous and hyperechoic - possible area of muscle rupture.

Teenager has a leg kick into the lateral surface of the upper third of the shin, aimed at ultrasound.

At ultrasound in the lateral surface of the upper third of the shin visualized muscle structure interruption which passing into predominantly anehogenic lesion - presumably shin muscles rupture, hematoma.
