8 y.o. girl was addressed to ultrasound with pain in one breast and suspected palpable mass(fibroadenoma?)

At ultrasound was found that side with pain has bigger glandular component than the other side(attachment 3), without blood flow amplification.

Thelarche is the onset of secondary (postnatal) breast development...usually after 8 years...may occur on one side first, or both sides simultaneously. It is a result of rising levels of estradiol.
