Condition after appendectomy

    A teenager came to the children hospital with complaints of pain in the right iliac area which appeared after a few week after laparoscopic appendectomy, directed to the US.

    On ultrasound in the indicated area there is a heterogeneous fluid collection area surrounded by layers of soft tissues, on DPD with increased blood flow, presumably infiltrate, abscess.
