    A child of 12 years with complaints of tachycardia is directed to ultrasound of the thyroid and heart.

    The thyroid gland is moderately diffuse-heterogeneous, with a volume of 6.0 ml.

    On CFM / PD with diffuse increase in blood flow (thyroiditis?).
