Lesion in the projection of the adr...
#1

A 4-year-old child with partial situs inversus (heart on the left, liver on the left, spleen on the right) came to the public clinic for the follow-up ultrasound of the lesion in the projection of the adrenal gland on the right (where the spleen is), neuroblastoma was previously suspected.

At ultrasound in the projection of the adrenal gland, above the upper pole of the kidney, on the right, a rounded echogenic lesion is visualized with blood flow at CFM, up to 41 x 26 x 24 mm in size.
