    Child 10 years old after hematologist' s consultation with diagnosis with beta-thalassemia is aimed at abdomen US(size of the liver and spleen).

    At US liver and spleen has normal sizes, but in the right iliac area visualized blind-ended tubular structure up to 8 mm in diameter(vermiform appendix), is compressed at a probe pressure, the patient reported about a moderate pain while pressure on this area, at CFM in the wall of vermiform appendix there is a blood flow.

    In conversation revealed that the patient sometimes had an abdomen pain.

    Recommended a surgical consultation.
